Associació Comunicació Pública is an association of journalists from public information of Catalunya. Born March 2009 from the restructuring of the Associació Catalana d’Informadors de l’Administració Local (ACIAL), established on November 1981. Represents all journalists and media professionals working in the government of Catalonia and local government, as well as companies of public participation.

The objectives of the Association, which is based in the Col·legi de Periodistes de Catalunya,, is the professional recognition of the work of journalists engaged in cabinet government, its representation and advocacy, the organization of academic activities and training, and the establishment of relations with trade union, professional and institutional issues related to communication sector, in particular, public communication.
